Seven EPSM students are preparing to start their Erasmus+ 2025 mobilities, heading to Spain, Poland and Italy, in an international experience that promises to mark their academic and personal trajectory.

This week, EPSM is participating in another Erasmus+ KA2 mobility, taking place in Galati, Romania. Our team is made up of students Daniel Ferreira, Leonor Almeida and Santiago Seguro, from the 11th year of Kitchen/Pastry and Restaurant/Bar and teachers Sílvia Fernandes, Maria Miguel and Gisela Chaves.

The second meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 project "Travel, Learn and Taste the World", which took place at EPSM from February 26th to March 1st, has come to an end. We would like to thank our partners for all their support: Restaurante Coudelaria, restaurant Páteo dos Leitões, Companhia das Lezírias, Orivárzea, Município de Salvaterra de Magos, Fábrica de Licores JLR, Falcoaria Real, restaurant Sala de Corte, Fábrica de Cervejas do Ribatejo, Casas do Falcoeiro , Guesthouse Ribatejo, as well as all the families of our students who welcomed their guests with open arms!

This week, EPSM welcomes two groups of students and teachers from schools Powiatowy Zespół Szkół w Bodzentyn, from Poland, and College of Food Industry "Elena Doamna", from Romania, as part of the Erasmus+ KA2 project "Travel, Learn and Taste the World" , which aims to explore and showcase the cuisine of the three participating countries.
