INTRODUCTION
Since education is a fundamental human right and a public good that must be equally accessible to all, the EU and its Member States want it to be addressed without socio-economic limitations that prevent equal access to Education and Training opportunities Professional, including mobility.
Considering EPSM's mission, expressed in its Educational Project, the internationalization of the school appears as a means to achieve its main objective.
Given EPSM's experience in mobility programmes, we know that these increase the motivation of those involved and help to reduce school dropout rates. To this end, it is necessary to guarantee equal access to Erasmus+ mobility actions, knowing in advance the need for flexible, diversified and personalized mobility options for training. Thus, and interconnected with all of EPSM's strategy and planning, the Internationalization Plan emerges.
