KA122-ADU - SHORT-TERM PROJECTS FOR MOBILITY OF LEARNERS AND STAFF IN ADULT EDUCATION

EMPOWERING ADULTS | EUROPEAN HORIZON

2024-2-PT01-KA122-ADU-000265111

DURATION: 01/01/2025 TO 30/06/2026

Between January 2024 and June 2026, EPSM will develop an international project focused on adult education, during which 12 mobilities will be carried out.

The main objective of this project is to improve the quality of work carried out at the Qualifica Centre of the Salvaterra de Magos Vocational School, promoting pedagogical innovation and the adoption of more inclusive and sustainable management practices. By observing good practices in European institutions, the aim is to strengthen the internationalisation of the Centre and encourage the inclusion of groups with fewer opportunities.

The project also aims to:

- Improve the Recognition, Validation and Certification of Skills (RVCC) and Portuguese as a Host Language (PLA) processes using new learning platforms and more efficient management models;

- Train participants in digital, pedagogical and linguistic skills;

- Increase trainees’ motivation;

- Reduce the dropout rate of trainees;

- Integrate the EPSM Qualifica Center into international networks, promoting the exchange of good practices and ensuring continuous and quality evolution in training processes.

Expected results:

- Innovative Pedagogical Methods: The pedagogical team will acquire new adult-centered methodologies, such as hybrid teaching and the use of interactive digital platforms.

- Digital Skills: Participants will develop skills in the use of educational technologies, improving learning and training management.

- Social Inclusion Practices: Strategies will be learned to increase the participation of disadvantaged groups and promote social inclusion.

- Efficient Educational Management: Training the team to adopt good digital management practices, increasing the efficiency and sustainability of the Center.

The learning outcomes will be recognised through Europass Mobility and internal reports, consolidating the project's impact on adult training and the educational management of the Qualifica Centre.
