EPSM receives Polish and Romanian delegations

This week, EPSM welcomes two groups of students and teachers from schools Powiatowy Zespół Szkół w Bodzentyn, from Poland, and College of Food Industry "Elena Doamna", from Romania, as part of the Erasmus+ KA2 project "Travel, Learn and Taste the World" , which aims to explore and showcase the cuisine of the three participating countries.

Throughout the week, students and teachers will participate in various educational activities at EPSM and get to know some important points in the region related to local and national gastronomy. On Tuesday, the delegations visited the Falcoaria Real and the Fábrica de Licores JLR and on Wednesday the destination is Mercado da Ribeira, in Lisbon. The program also includes visits to the companies Orivárzea, Companhia das Lezírias, Fábrica de Cervejas do Ribatejo, Restaurante Coudelaria and a visit to the village of Escaroupim.

All Romanian and Polish students are staying with EPSM students, whose families we would like to thank for their readiness to be host families during this week.
