EPSM students finalists in the Young Gastronomy Talent Competition
Students João Vilão and Mauro Júnior shone in the Young Gastronomy Talent Competition, winning a place among the three finalists of this prestigious national competition.
João Vilão, in the Table Arts category, and Mauro Júnior, in the Tradition with Rice category, won over the jury with their originality and exceptional technical mastery. Both gave an extraordinary performance, which makes us all very proud.
Furthermore, we also highlight the students Luna Bien, Leonor Almeida and Sofia Barros, who participated in the semi-finals, competing in the Pastelaria Derovo, Cozinha Recheio and Tradição com Arroz categories, respectively.
